I'm a Toronto-based video editor and motion graphics artist with experience in making creative content for several social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
After having graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with a degree in Psychology in 2018, I realized a few years later that it was time for me to pursue a different passion of mine: video editing. I was accepted into the Post-Production program at Humber College in the Fall of 2020, where I had my internship with The Sorry Girls YouTube channel. I gained experience in creating DIY and vlog-style content for The Sorry Girls/The Sorry Life channels.

Hello,
I'm Tia Fernandez!
Shortly after my internship, I started working with Toronto marketing agency, Acquire Agency. Hired as a junior editor on their creative team, I worked with several clients such as Sheertex, Mejuri, and Chef's Plate, to produce short-form social media advertisements from 2021-2023.
I currently work at the creative agency Forsman and Bordenfors as an Assistant Editor and Content Creator, working with clients such as LG, Seneca Polytechnic, Church & Dwight, and Polestar.
When I am not editing, I love to spend my time trying new restaurants, playing the piano, snowboarding, practicing photography, or trying to find new board games to add to my never-ending collection.
